- All communication to customers from Plusdvd.co.uk will be addressed to the email address given when you register. If no confirmation email is received after registering or placing an order, please contact us immediately.

- All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to contact us letting us know any changes and to keep your account details up to date.
- When an order is received, if the order is not to your satisfactory Plusdvd.co.uk will be happy to accept the return of unopened saleable goods if so required. Please view our Returns Policy for further information.
- Credit and Debit cards are debited on the day of purchase, via PayPal. Cheques and Postal Orders are also accept.
- Every purchase made from Plusdvd.co.uk will be dispatched within 24hours unless the item is Out of Stock or a Pre-Order. If an order is going to be delayed, we will contact you via either Email or Phone. Plusdvd.co.uk are unable to give supply dates for when stock will be received from our suppliers.
