Shipping Policy:
  • Delivery to the UK is FREE on all orders
  • Orders are usually dispatched same day or within 24 Hour
  • Pre-Orders will be dispatched as soon as its received in stock
  • If in the time an order has gone through, the item has gone out of stock, we can normally get the item back in stock within 2-3 days. If this isn't going to be possible, we will email every 3 days to inform you about the order status. If 2 weeks passes without being able to get the item back in stock, the following will be offered
    - Full Refund
    - Wait another 2 weeks
    - Pick another item
  • You will be notified of your order being dispatched
  • All items are posted via 1st class postage
  • Please allow 3 - 5 working days for an order to be received
  • If you for some reason you haven't received your order within 7 days please contact your local sorting off to check if they have received it, normally non-arrives will be awaiting collection
  • If in the very unlikely event you don't received your order within 14days please contact us and we will trace your package. Please allow 14days as we may not be able to trace your package until 14days have passed.

Returns Policy:

  • All returned goods need to be sent back by either 1st or 2nd class Recorded to ensure they are received. If the item to found to have a fault a replacement or a refund will be given.
  • We will refund all recorded postage up to the maximum value of £1.20, unfortunately if the item is not sent back via Recorded delivery, we are unable to give a refund.
  • Please make sure the item's you send back are securely packaged, with the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return, normally the packaging which the item was delivered in can be used.

    I have received the wrong order

    If you have received a different item, to the one you ordered, please contact us via our contact information below to inform us of the error.
    If this is the case we will refund the full amount and the postage, after the item has been processed.
    This processing stage can take up to 14days

    Faulty / Damaged Goods
    If you have received a faulty or damaged item, we will either replace the faulty/damaged item (if the item is in stock) or a full refund including postage will be given.
  • Please note we are unable to replace or refund any damaged goods which arrive with broken or cracked cases.

    Testing
  • All returned goods, are fully tested before a refund or replacement is given.
  • If a DVD is found to not be faulty, no refund or exchange will be given.

    Unwanted Item
    You may return any unopened items within 7days of receiving the item, for a full refund.
  • We will only refund the postage if the error was our fault
  • If an item is received open, unless it is faulty we can not refund or exchange the item, unless the item was sent to you due to our error.
